Joe Sturm (they/them) is from Rhinebeck, NY and attended the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in Baltimore.

After graduating in 2010, Joe moved back to NY and has lived in Brooklyn since.

In an expansion of their multidisciplinary fine arts practice, they began designing and making functional, sculptural ceramic pieces in 2018.

Joe is a Taurus Sun, Scorpio Rising, Cancer Moon and loves dogs.
